What to expect for your next appointment:

New Patient Policy:

New Patients must complete the Health History Intake form a minimum 24 hours before appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being cancelled. All new patients are required to reserve their appointment time with a valid credit card. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It will only be charged in the event of a missed appointment or a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, as outlined in our cancellation policy

Please be on time :

Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment. We are enforcing a strict start and stop time policy. This will allow our therapists adequate time to clean and disinfect between each client and minimize client crossover. If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced and you will be charged the full treatment fee.

Clean your hands

There will be a sanitizing station in the reception area where you will be required to sanitize your hands upon entering the clinic. Each treatment room also has a hand sanitiser. If you prefer to wash your hands upon entry that is also fine.

Air purification

In addition to proper ventilation within the office itself, we have added extra Air purifiers to each treatment room for one more layer of protection.

Emergency Osteopathic Appointments

Can only be booked by calling the office. Emergency appointments are only offered to existing patients/clients of the clinic. These shorter appointments help get you moving again until your next regular scheduled appointment. Emergency appointment are offered by: Laura, Jaime, Zoey and Damian.

Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

Your appointment is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient and are subject to the full cost of the appointment. 24 hour cancellation policy in effect and subject to the full treatment fee. Full treatment fee is also applied to missed appointments/no shows. Exceptions may be made due to illness as long as client calls minimum 2 hours before appointment time to allow us to try to fill the appointment spot. No shows and missed appointments due to illness or weather will also be charged the full treatment fee as we did not have the opportunity to fill the appointment spot.

Holiday Policy

Any appointment booking made on a Statutory Holiday will be held with a valid credit card. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours), no shows and missed appointments on these days will be subject to the full treatment fee. No exceptions will be made (including illness), on Statutory Holidays as our team is kindly taking time away from their own family and friends to be in the office for your benefit.

Payment Policy

Clients are financially responsible for all charges regardless of insurance or benefit payments. Payment is due at time of service unless other payment arrangements have been made with us.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are non refundable
