Fonthill Massage Therapy and Osteopathic Clinic
LAURA JOHNSON
Owner • M.OMSc Osteopathic Manual Practitioner • RMT
Laura’s passion for health and wellness has been with her, her entire life. A competitive soccer player from early on, and a college level volleyball player made her no stranger to injuries. Being a part of a team to achieve a common goal has led her to pursue a lifelong commitment of helping others achieve their goals; freedom of pain or restricted movement and improve quality of life.
Since beginning her studies in Anatomy and Physiology in 2001—initially as a massage therapist and later as a distinguished graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where she received the A.T. Still Medal of Honour—she has developed a highly specialized and refined approach to manual therapy, grounded in extensive training and clinical experience.
She aligns her beliefs with Classical Osteopathy in that the body is designed to self heal and self regulate.
Since returning to the Niagara Region and taking over the Fonthill Massage Therapy Clinic in 2009 (established 2001), Laura has worked hard to create a team of like minded and extremely talented therapists, in order to best help people regain their freedom from pain, limited range of motion and most importantly improve their quality of life.
Laura’s philosophy is:
“The answers to any dysfunction are all there in the anatomy. Understanding the relationships between structure and function are what separates good therapists from great therapists. Anyone can deliver a technique.”

Zoey Davies
M.OMSc Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
My path to osteopathy began with a personal injury-an experience that not only impacted my mobility and well-being, but also introduced me to the profound healing potential of osteopathic treatment. The results were life-changing, and they sparked a deep desire in me to help others in the same way.
Now a proud graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, I use a principle-based, hands-on approach to support the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate. I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and live better-by addressing the root cause of dysfunction and restoring balance throughout the body.
Anatomy is the map; osteopathy is how we read it.
Jaime Leask
M.OMSc Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
I am a graduate from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) in Hamilton, Ontario with a Masters in Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Sciences (M.OMSc) where I finished amongst the top of my class.
My passion for Osteopathy is rooted in my belief of holistic and comprehensive health-care. This interest in the optimization of well-being began in the mental health field, but transformed over time to a body-based approach to wellness. I was introduced to Classical Osteopathy from the CAO, and gained a true appreciation for the body’s natural ability to strive for health and the intricate connection between healthy anatomy and physiology.
This discovery has led to a lifetime passion and commitment to facilitating health and wellness through manual therapy. Using my patient-centered approach, I want to serve the Niagara region.
